Simply complete this form with your pet’s details and medication information, and our team will let you know when your prescription is ready for collection. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for processing.

This service is available only for pets that have been examined by our veterinarians and are up to date with required health checks.

Repeat Prescription Disclaimer

Please note the following conditions for processing repeat prescription requests:

  • Your pet must have been examined by one of our veterinarians within the past 6 months for us to legally and ethically provide a repeat prescription.
  • Some medications require regular monitoring or blood tests, and we may not be able to provide a repeat prescription until these have been performed.
  • If these criteria have not been met, we may not be able to issue the prescription as requested.
  • In such cases, a member of our team will contact you to arrange an appointment before the prescription is filled.
  • Script fees apply.
